About the Ingredients

Arnica Flowers

Arnica (Arnica montana) has been traditionally used since the 1500s for topical muscle and bruise support.

Historically used to help:

• Soothe sore muscles

Arnica is commonly used in salves, creams, oils, and liniments intended for external use only.

Because arnica can cause serious side effects when taken internally in non-homeopathic forms, traditional herbal arnica preparations are generally reserved for topical use.

Olive Oil

A nourishing oil rich in antioxidants and fatty acids that helps moisturize the skin while carrying herbal constituents into the skin.

Beeswax

If you receive your order and suspect melting may have occurred, do not worry. Simply place the jar upright in the refrigerator for a few hours and it will solidify again.
