Suggested Dosage & Usage

Adults:

• 1 dropper full 2-4 times daily as needed
• Do not exceed 6 doses daily

Children 6 Months+:

• 1/2 dropper full or approximately 10 drops
• 2-4 times daily as needed
• Do not exceed 6 doses daily

Can be taken:

• Directly by mouth
• Mixed into water or juice
• Added to warm tea if desired

Shelf Life & Storage

Tinctures are traditionally considered shelf stable for 3-5+ years when stored properly.

This tincture is made using 100 proof vodka as the extraction base.

Because tinctures are stored in bottles with plastic/rubber dropper components, some natural evaporation may occur slowly over time. While tinctures remain shelf stable long term, they are generally best used within a reasonable timeframe rather than stored for many years.

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

• Experiencing heavy menstrual bleeding
• Diagnosed with pelvic inflammatory disease (PID)

Catnip may encourage uterine contractions and may stimulate menstruation in some individuals.
