USPS Priority Mail Delivery ETA
USPS states on their website that Priority Mail delivers in 1-3 Business days Nation Wide.
I have shipped with them Nation Wide and to Canada and can tell you they, for the most part, under estimate their delivery schedule.
I have had packages delivered within 1-3 Business Days on the west coast and as far as Texas. But for the East coast it usually takes 3-5 Business Days.
Longer if the weather is bad.
I Ship through USPS Priority Mail, even though it is more expensive, because they get the package where it needs to go, usually within 8 days, and I have yet to have a package lost.

Severe Weather Conditions, Winter Weather Conditions and Shipping.
Our policy is to not refund shipping cost due to delays incurred by Winter or Severe Weather Conditions.
I ship via USPS Priority Mail. They claim they deliver in 2-3 Business Days, but often take up to 5 Business Days to deliver across the country. Their 2-3 Day claim does not take into account Weekends or Holidays. Nor does it take into account Winter or Severe Weather Conditions.
I am Sorry for any Shipping Delays but once a package has been accepted at the Post Office it is out of my control.

Returns
Due to the nature of the products I sell, they can not be resold, therefore I do not accept returns.

If you receive a broken or damaged bottle, jar, tea bag, etc. please reach out via Chat on the website or email me at caringforshop@gmail.com **within 7 days of receiving the damaged item** so I can replace the damaged item. **You will need to send photo proof of the damaged item.**
