I've had a clinging cold for about 3-4 weeks. Freguent relapses, exhaustion, lingering sore throat in the morning and evenings, and atrocious runny nose that just will not stop! I've done the foot detox 3 times. And this last third time I did...wow, I'm not exaggerating when I say, that toward the end of the 25 minutes I felt my head clear, and my nose STOPPED RUNNING! My family has been battling this cold going around, today I woke up with all the symptoms, sore throat, congestion, and over all just not feeling great, well, I took a capsule when I got up, then at lunch, and by then all my symptoms were non existent, but I took one in the evening just to be safe.
