Plan 2 – Full Herbal Consultation – $75

For deeper guidance and a custom, holistic support plan.

Includes:

  • A personalized herbal, dietary, and lifestyle plan
  • Product suggestions if needed
  • 1 week of follow-up support by email

Plan 3 – Ongoing Support – $150/month

For clients needing more consistent, hands-on guidance through gut healing, detox, menstrual support, lifestyle mapping, or whole-body wellness.

Includes:

  • Unlimited email messaging (within healthy boundaries)
  • Weekly check-ins
  • One custom plan per month (detox map, diet outline, cycle support plan, gut roadmap, etc.)
  • Priority responses

Optional Add-On:
Real-time text or Messenger support: + $25/month


🌿 How Consultations Work

Once you choose your consultation plan, you’ll receive immediate access to the intake form on this page. No automated email is sent.

You will:

  • Copy/paste the intake form below into your email
  • Fill out the intake form with as much detail as you’re comfortable sharing
  • Send it to: CaringForShop@gmail.com with the correct subject line (see below)
  • I will review it and begin creating your plan based on your chosen tier and get back to you within 1–2 business days

All communication is done by email unless you add the optional texting/Messenger upgrade.

Email allows me to stay organized, give thoughtful responses, and keep all your information in one place. Texting/Messenger requires additional daily availability and therefore has an add-on fee.
