What Are ILPs?

ILP stands for:

Inter Labial Pad

These are mini cloth pads designed to be:

• Folded
• Rolled
• Shaped to personal comfort

Then gently tucked externally between the labia to help guide menstrual flow.

Important:

• Do NOT insert internally
• Intended for external use only

ILPs act as a wick to help:

• Slow heavy flow
• Reduce sudden gushes
• Guide flow toward the center of your pad

They may also be used:

• Alone for very light spotting
• With a backup pad during heavier flow days

• Wash any temperature
• Dryer safe

For best longevity:

• Avoid fabric softener

• Minor staining is normal and does not indicate uncleanliness
