Enema Protocol for Parasite Cleanse Support

“When you’re clearing out invaders, don’t forget to open the exit.”

Why Use an Enema During a Parasite Cleanse?

Parasite cleansing can trigger heavy die-off reactions as worms and toxins are released. Enemas help:

•    Clear the colon quickly and completely

•    Reduce bloating, gas, and abdominal discomfort

•    Prevent toxin reabsorption

•    Support regular, complete bowel movements

•    Relieve constipation or sluggish digestion during detox

What You Need:

•    At least a 2-quart enema bag or bucket (silicone or stainless steel preferred)

•    Clean, filtered, or distilled water (warm, body temperature)

•    Optional Add-ins (per enema session):

•    1 tsp sea salt or baking soda (gentle cleansing)

•    1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (anti-parasitic)

•    Chamomile tea or garlic water (soothing and antiparasitic)

•    Start with plain water if you’re new, then try gentle additions

How to Prepare the Enema:

1.    Heat water to just warm—not hot. (Test on wrist.)

2.    Add any desired ingredients and stir until dissolved.

3.    Hang bag or bucket 2–4 feet above where you’ll be lying (towel rack, shower rod, etc.)

4.    Lubricate the tip with coconut oil or natural lubricant.

5.    Clamp tubing until you’re ready to begin.

Positions That Work for Almost Everyone:

Choose what’s most comfortable and effective for you:

1.    Knees-Chest Position (Butt in the Air) – Best for deep fill and complete emptying.

•    Kneel on the floor, lower chest to the ground or pillow, raise hips high.

2.    Lying on Left Side – Easiest and most relaxing.

•    Lay on your left side with knees slightly bent, right leg over left.

3.    Standing Lean Forward – Great for quick release.

•    Stand and lean over bathtub or sink, relaxing stomach muscles.

Step-by-Step Enema Instructions:

1.    Get into position and gently insert the tip (1–2 inches).

2.    Release the clamp and let water flow in slowly.

•    Take deep breaths. If cramping, pause the flow.

3.    Try to take in as much of the 2 quarts as comfortable.

4.    Once full, hold the water for 5–15 minutes if possible.

5.    Move to the toilet and release.

6.    Repeat with fresh warm water until water runs clear.

•    May take 2–4 enemas depending on how backed up you are.

How Often Should You Do an Enema During Parasite Cleansing?

•    1–3x per week, or more often if experiencing die-off symptoms.

•    Best done in the morning, on an empty stomach, or after a bowel movement.

•    Not recommended daily for long periods—balance with hydration, fiber, and increased magnesium intake (such as magnesium citrate or glycinate).

Post-Enema Support

•    Replenish fluids:

•    Herbal tea (chamomile, nettle, ginger, peppermint)

•    Water with Celtic sea salt

•    Water with Fulvic Acid drops

•    Take a binder 30–60 minutes after: charcoal, fulvic/humic acid, bentonite clay, or chlorella

•    Optional: A probiotic later in the day to help rebalance gut flora
