Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Subscription orders are considered a long-term commitment. Because each subscription supports small-batch production and advanced preparation, subscriptions cannot be canceled, skipped, or altered until after two (2) successful payments have been completed following the initial setup transaction (three total transactions including the setup transaction).

When you subscribe, we begin preparing your future orders right away - keeping ingredients, bottles, and labels stocked, starting tincture and glycerite batches weeks in advance, and setting aside capsules made specifically for your upcoming deliveries. This planning ensures you always receive your products on time and at the discounted subscription rate.

If you do not wish to continue receiving automatic deliveries after the second payment, you may cancel, skip, or adjust your subscription at any time through the link in your order confirmation email or your customer account.

Please note that the subscription discount is intended for ongoing customers who plan to receive regular deliveries. If you prefer a one-time purchase with a discount, please use an affiliate code instead - these are one-time-use codes designed for first-time orders or when you’re in a pinch.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. All pre-orders are paid in full at the time of purchase.

If a pre-order is not placed separately (as indicated on the product listing), a separate invoice for shipping costs will be sent once your order is ready. This invoice must be paid in full before your pre-order will be shipped.

Pre-orders are considered final sales and cannot be canceled once production has begun or the order has been allocated for fulfillment. However, if you need to make changes to your shipping address before your order ships, please contact us as soon as possible.
