Two of the most important are the thyroid and adrenal system.

These systems help determine how much energy the body produces, how quickly resources are used, and how the body responds to stress.

When they are supported, the body tends to feel energized, resilient, and responsive.

And sometimes that caution looks like a slower metabolism.

One of the biggest misconceptions in wellness is the idea that the body is somehow working against you.
